    JR worked through a 12 week program with the goal of fat loss. During the program she went out with her friends on the weekends, enjoyed weddings and birthday, all while working a full time job and focusing on HERSELF.

    I was a college athlete, but struggled navigating the gym after 'retiring.' Rekindling my passion in med school, I dropped out and started over. When COVID hit, friends asked for virtual training via FaceTime, sparking my journey. Determined, I built a successful virtual training business despite a toxic marriage and divorce.
